1. What services do you offer?

2. What materials can you cut with CNC?
We cut a wide range of sheet materials, including wood, plywood, MDF, laminated boards, composites, acrylic, and PVC.
3. What types of 3D printing do you offer?
We offer both FDM and SLA 3D printing, depending on the project requirements, surface finish, level of detail, and intended use.
4. What materials can you print in?
We work with a wide range of plastics for different applications. Depending on the project, we can print in common and engineering-grade materials suitable for prototypes, functional parts, decorative items, and custom components.
5. Can you help if I don’t have design files?
Yes. If you don’t have files ready, we can help with design, modeling, and file preparation. We can develop the part or product based on your idea, sketch, sample, dimensions, or reference photos.
6. What file formats do you accept?
For CNC cutting, we usually work with vector or CAD files such as DXF, DWG, AI, SVG, and PDF, depending on the project.
For 3D printing, we usually accept STL, STEP, OBJ, and 3MF files.
7.Can you make custom parts from a sample or picture?
Yes. If you have a physical sample, sketch, photo, or even just an idea, we can often recreate or develop a printable or machinable version for production.
8.Do you only work with finished designs?
No. We can work with both ready-made production files and early-stage concepts. Whether you already have technical files or only a rough idea, we can help move the project forward.

11. Can you produce one piece, or do I need a large quantity?
We can do both. We work on one-off custom pieces, prototypes, and small batches, as well as larger production runs depending on the project.
12. Do you offer prototype development?
Yes. We can help with prototyping, testing, and refining a product before final production. This is especially useful for custom parts, functional tools, and new product ideas.
13. Can you make functional parts, not just decorative items?
Yes. We produce both decorative and functional parts. Depending on the application, we can recommend the right process and material for strength, detail, and durability.
14. How long does production take?
Lead time depends on the size, complexity, quantity, material, and current workload. Once we review the project, we’ll let you know the estimated turnaround time.
